Scope

Applies to all online orders placed through Madhulika Art Studio’s website.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders or the artwork requires additional preparation, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International shipping times vary between 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

• We currently ship from Rhode Island, USA, using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Madhulika Art Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.

• We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if possible, offer a replacement or partial refund.

International Orders

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.

• We cannot predict these charges or be responsible for delays caused by customs.

📦 2. Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

• We take great care in packaging each artwork securely to ensure it reaches you safely.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Return Eligibility

• Each artwork is unique, and returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The artwork was damaged in transit.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at vermamadhulika06@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

4. Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or commissioned artworks.

• Digital downloads or gift cards.

• Artworks marked “Final Sale.”

Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
