Delivery

  • We take great care in packaging each artwork securely to ensure it reaches you safely.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Return Eligibility

  • Each artwork is unique, and returns are generally not accepted unless:

    • The artwork was damaged in transit.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at [insert contact email] within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artworks.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Artworks marked “Final Sale.”

Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
